Last month (February 10), Slipknot treated a select group of fans to an intimate session at the BBC’s legendary Maida Vale studios. Now, you can watch videos of each of the songs they performed online for the first time.
Recorded on January 26, the entire performance aired on February 9 on BBC Radio 1’s Rock Show as they played a six-song set consisting of the tracks ‘Unsainted’, ‘Psychosocial’, ‘The Devil In I’, ‘Duality’, ‘Disasterpiece’ and ‘Wait And Bleed’.

Slipknot Unmasked: All Out Life aired on BBC Four last Friday (March 13) at 11pm and gave fans a further glimpse into the band’s BBC’s Maida Vale performance.
A teaser clip showed frontman Corey Taylor talking about performing live, saying: “From the second it starts, you are willing to do whatever it takes to make this the best show that anybody has ever seen.
“We compare it to jumping out of an aeroplane, with or without a parachute, and you don’t know if it’s going to open or not.”
Slipknot were set to begin the tour on March 20 in Tokyo with two editions of their Knotfest festival. They were also set to play in Singapore, Jakarta, and Manila on the short run.
Back in January, Slipknot recently returned to London’s O2 Arena where they delivered a career spanning set.
NME awarded the gig five stars and described the show as “a real moment; this was Slipknot where they belong – celebrating with as many people as possible, among thousands who can now say ‘I was there’ and actually mean it.”
