Eagle Rock have announced that the film "Ella Fitzgerald: Just One Of Those Things" will be screened in select movie theaters across the U.S, beginning April 3rd.

The film was directed by the award-winning Leslie Woodhead. Here is the synopsis: Just One Of Those Things presents, through an intimate lens, Ella Fitzgerald through all of her moments of triumph and joy, delivering a clear picture of the woman Ella was both on and off the stage. Featuring never-before-seen footage, the film includes interviews with Smokey Robinson, Tony Bennett, Johnny Mathis, Norma Miller, and a rare conversation with her son, Ray Brown Jr., among others.

Known as "The First Lady Of Jazz," Ella Fitzgerald's sublime tone, emotive delivery, and supreme improvisatory scat vocalizations laid the groundwork for generations of vocalists. A pillar of American music history, Ella is an international icon, earning 13 Grammys and selling over 40 million albums in her six-decade spanning career. Additionally, she was awarded the NAACP Equal Justice Award, American Black Achievement Award, and several other honors for her accomplishments in both the jazz world and the civil rights movement. An inspiration for generations to come, Ella used her talent and intelligence to break down seemingly impenetrable barriers.

Just One Of Those Things examines how she developed that tenacity. Losing her mother at the age of 15, Ella endured life in abusive reform schools before escaping to the streets of Harlem, penniless and alone during The Great Depression. In 1934, she won a talent contest at the famed Apollo Theater -- a moment that changed the course of her life. Within months, she was a star. Pioneering a prosperous career amidst immense racism, poverty, sexism, and body image criticism, Ella forged ahead as a female bandleader, working with such contemporaries as Frank Sinatra, Dizzy Gillespie, Louis Armstrong, and Benny Goodman. However, outside of the spotlight, Ella was a very private person, conflicted with reconciling her public image and hunger for adoring audiences with a longing for domestic life with her husband and son. Throughout the documentary, we follow Ella as she endures these conflicts while carving her revolutionary path in music.

Frontman Fraser Simpson had the following to say about the track when it premiered online, "Reprise was written about a situation where I felt like I couldn't help someone I loved.

"The metaphor of running round in circles and being trapped in a loop is not only how I felt about this person but subsequently the situation I found myself in recently.

"It's ironic that this song has flipped on me but it has been a tough year personally. I hope it helps others realize that going in circles and expecting different results is never the answer, no matter what the question is." Watch the video below:

"We are nomads for most of the year, and a gang, and that's the way we like it! When you travel around spreading the good word of rock and roll you are like a missionary.

"People want to be part of something bigger, something to believe in, and to be entertained, especially now. We are lucky to spread the feeling of community and celebration and we're also lucky that people want to come out and do that with us." Watch the episode below: /n

Ozzy Osbourne Says Collaboration Saved His Life

Ozzy Osbourne will be releasing his new album "Ordinary Man" this coming Friday (February 21st) and the record was born out of a collaboration that Ozzy says saved his life.

The new album was made after Ozzy made a guest appearance on Post Malone's "Take What You Want". Ozzy had been experiencing a number of medical issues before the request to record with Post came. During an interview with the LA Times, Osbourne explained his initial reaction to being asked to appear on the Post's track.

He recalled, "My response to that was, who is Post Malone. What kind of a name is that?" But Ozzy ultimately agreed to record the track and he says that "It got me out of my misery. It saved my life."

After Post Malone's producer Andrew Watt and Ozzy hit it off, the producer approached the metal legend with the idea of recording what would become the "Ordinary Man" album.

Watt recruited Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith to join him and Ozzy in writing and recording the effort.

The producer said of the sessions, "I got those guys over to the house the next day and we made an album's worth of music in a blur. Everyone was on fire."

Ozzy recalled the rapid making of the album, "I was coming up with a song a day. Normally, we would go, 'Let's just live with this track for a few hours,' which ended up being days, which ended up being weeks. This was just bang, bang, bang."

Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello took to social media to address complaints about high tickets prices on the band's upcoming reunion tour.

Some fans have been outraged after seeing tickets listed for sale ranging from hundreds to over $1,000, and Morello shared on Twitter that those high ticket prices come from scalpers, not the actual face value.

He tweeted, "The MOST expensive ticket for ANY RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE/RUN THE JEWELS headline show is $125 US (plus service fees) with the exception of CHARITY tickets where 100% of the additional proceeds go to charity. ANY other ticket at ANY other price is from SCALPERS."

David Bowie streams rare version of The Man Who Sold The World

David Bowie's team are streaming a rare version of the late rocker's 1970 classic, "The Man Who Sold The World." Previously-issued as part of a double-sided single in 1995, the "Live Eno Mix" marks the sixth and final track streamed over the past six weeks that make up a new EP entitled "Is It Any Wonder?", which will arrive on March 20.

The Brian Eno mix version of the song is based on the fairly radical trip-hop reworking performed on the Outside World Tour; the producer reshaped, overdubbed and mixed this live recording of the song at Westside Studios in London on October 30, 1995, recalling the session in his diaries: "I added some backing vocals and a sonar blip and sculpted the piece a little so that there was more contour to it."

A recently-streamed 1997 live version of the Bowie classic will be featured on the "ChangesNowBowie" album - set for release on Record Store Day April 18 - and will be replaced on the EP by the track, "Fun (Clownboy Mix)", which originated as a modern revamp of the Bowie hit "Fame", and was performed under the name "Is It Any Wonder?' during David's 'club set' on the Earthling tour.

The basic backing and sequencer tracks for the song were worked on at the Factory in Dublin docklands during pre-tour rehearsals in early 1997. A live version of 'Fame,' recorded at the Amsterdam Paradiso on June 10, 1997, was further worked on by Mark Plati and Reeves Gabrels at Looking Glass Studios in New York and mixed at Sony Music Studios in New York in February 1998. At one point the live version of "Fun", as it was now being called, was considered for inclusion on the BowieNet exclusive Liveandwell.com album and appeared on early reference masters.

Referenced in interviews by Reeves as 'Funhouse', the song further developed lyrically and musically and, by the time Danny Saber created the Clownboy mix in May 1998, it was a completely new piece of work written by David and Reeves and featuring no elements of "Fame." The Clownboy mix has previously only appeared on a BowieNet subscriber exclusive CD-ROM in 1998 and on Virgin Records in-house CDR's along with four other Clownboy mix variants.

"Is It Any Wonder?" will be available on CD, digital and 12" vinyl. Stream the song
